Each piece is handcrafted specifically for you. Our standard delivery time is 3 to 5 Business Days. You will receive a tracking ID as soon as your parcel is handed over to our logistics partner.
What is your policy if the product is damaged or incorrect?
We follow a No-Return Efficiency Policy. If the product arrives damaged or with an incorrect name from our side, we do not ask you to ship it back. Instead, we will either Dispatch a Brand New Piece or issue a Full Refund of your paid amount after verifying your parcel opening video.
