1. Processing & Crafting Time 🛠️

  • Custom Made: Since each bracelet is uniquely handcrafted with your name/details, it requires a dedicated crafting period.

  • Timeline: Please allow 3-5 business days for our artisans to design and quality-check your order before dispatch.

2. Delivery Timelines ⏱️

  • Standard Delivery: Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within 2-4 working days across Pakistan.

  • Total Estimated Time: You can expect your beautiful package within 5-7 working days from the date of order.

3. Shipping Charges 💸

  • Free Shipping: We are proud to offer FREE Delivery on all orders above Rs. 1,900.

  • Standard Shipping: For orders below Rs. 1,999, a flat shipping fee of Rs. 220 applies nationwide.

4. Order Tracking 📦

  • Stay Updated: As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, we will send you a Tracking ID via email or SMS.

  • Real-time Updates: You can use this ID on our "Track Your Order" page to monitor your parcel’s journey.

5. Delivery Partners 🤝

  • We partner with Pakistan’s most reliable courier services (Leopard/TCS/CallCourier/postex) to ensure your precious jewelry is handled with care and delivered to your doorstep.

6. Important Notes ⚠️

  • Please ensure your Phone Number and Address are 100% correct to avoid any delivery delays.

  • In case of extreme weather or public holidays, delivery might take slightly longer, and we appreciate your patience.

7. Mid-Order Change Policy 🔄

  • Impact on Delivery: If you request any changes to your design, spelling, or customization details after the order has been placed, please note that your delivery timeline will be automatically reset and delayed.

  • Reason: Customization is a precision-based process; any change requires re-drafting, which takes additional time.

8. 3PL Logistics Disclaimer (Third-Party Providers) 🚛

  • Service Partners: Charm Bands does not operate its own courier fleet. We partner with Pakistan’s leading 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) companies like Leopards, TCS, and CallCourier to deliver your orders.

  • Liability: While we guarantee timely dispatch from our warehouse, the final transit time, delivery attempts, and courier rider behavior are managed independently by the logistics provider.

  • Support: In case of any issues with the rider or delivery delay, please notify us, and we will escalate the matter with our logistics partners to resolve it for you as quickly as possible.
